Dr Emily graduated with an MBBS in 2016 from the University of Western Australia, completed her DRANZCOG (Obstetrics & Gynaecology Diploma) in 2020, and achieved Fellowship with the RACGP in 2023. She works full time in the Skin Cancer & Cosmetic Medicine space.

Dr Emily has always had an interest in the early detection, prevention and treatment of skin cancers and brings her strong surgical skills from previously working as an Obstetrics & Gynaecology registrar.

Dr Tricia Cheah was born and raised in Perth, Western Australia, and completed a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery at the University of Western Australia. After a number of years working at the major public tertiary hospitals, she commenced training in General Practice, attaining Fellowship in 2021. Dr Tricia holds Professional and Advanced Certificates in Skin Cancer Surgery and Skin Cancer Medicine and is working towards a Fellowship with the Skin Cancer College of Australasia.

In her spare time, Dr Tricia is a keen underwater photographer and teaches Ashtanga yoga.

Dr Kate established the first Youth Lab clinic in West Perth in 2018 with her husband Jon. She is a highly respected and accomplished General Practitioner and Cosmetic Physician, specialising in non-surgical aesthetics and skin rejuvenation.

Dr Kate is deeply passionate about skin health and that led her, Jon and Dr Emily to develop Shade Skin, offering comprehensive skin cancer checks in a clinical setting that reflects the same strong service patients have come to expect from Youth Lab.

Reyenna is highly skilled in all facets of practice management, schedule planning, team development and patient service. She coordinates the behind the scenes tasks that are essential for delivering exceptional patient service and for the smooth operation of the clinic.

Reyenna has an eye for beauty and detail, working in a management position at Perth's leading cosmetic clinic Youth Lab for over 6 years.

Originally from England, his core skills include digital marketing, brand strategy and business operations.

Over the past 7 years, as Managing Director, Jon has grown Youth Lab into one of the leading of Western Australia’s leading premium cosmetic clinics. He is passionate about delivering great patient care, a strong brand experience and is relentless in maintaining a professional, positive and fun workplace culture.
